Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 14-day return request period from the date your order is marked as delivered. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind unless all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unopened, unworn, and unwashed

  • The item is returned in its original, sealed packaging

  • All original tags, inserts, and protective materials remain intact

  • The item is in resale-ready condition, as determined upon inspection

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return requests must be submitted via email to admin@getcalmi.com within the 14-day window. Returns sent without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Approved change-of-mind returns are subject to:

  • Return shipping costs paid by the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds issued only after inspection and approval

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used, opened, washed, or damaged items

  • Items showing signs of wear, odor, or use beyond inspection

  • Items returned due to incorrect selection or personal preference

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at admin@getcalmi.com as soon as possible with photos and order details.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law or applicable consumer protection laws.
